What You’ll Learn
This team session is a virtual micro-learning experience that will focus on researched-based strategies that build high performing teams and explore how and why Conscious Equity is the “secrete sauce” to high performance. Teams will develop a roadmap and identify additional skills and tools they need to support their journey towards a culture that values equity for all. Teams will also have an opportunity to customize team habits that reinforce an inclusive culture.
