What You’ll Learn
Systems Thinking is the study of a system and its parts to help leaders approach challenges, change, and interactions across an organization with a heightened sense of understanding and clarity. As leaders and employees adopt a Systems Thinking approach, they make more informed decisions, manage more effectively, and understand how they can impact the organization. A Systems Thinking leader is often much more engaged and takes responsibility for engaging others, building culture, and promoting mental models that serve the organization well and aid in making informed and strategic decisions.
